The Fourth Magi

For many are called, but few are chosen.

The Fourth Magi

From afar he has come
Days have broken and nights have faded
upon miles after miles of empty dunes
In earnest hope of seeing the Light

On the horizon a guide appears
In darkness shining bright
Plotting a way
forever pure and gracious

Alas, the irony
A chasm opens up before his eyes
“Have faith. Jump!” said the guide
But below Goliath stands waiting

What’s he going to do?
Again and again,
only time will tell
what years to come will bring
